The unit is designed to mechanize the process of unloading cement from hoppers and feed it to the cement storage or consumables of the concrete mixing plant. The installation is mounted in the under rail space of the railways.

The unit consists of: helical conveyer feeder, pneumatic screw hoist SB-245, the receiving hopper, connecting nodes and elements, pneumatic nodes and nodes of the air preparation system, electrical equipment including remote control.
