Is intended for the production of all types of concrete according to DSTU B.V.2.7-96-2000 as the plastic ones P1 - P4 and hard and superstiff.
Structure and working principle:
The plant uses twin-shaft mixer with amount of the ready dough equal to 3 cubic meters, which cfn produce a homogeneous concrete mixture for 30 seconds of mixing.
To get 150 cubic meters per hour of the the ready mixture the plant is designed in a way that dosated inert materials, cement, water and chemical additives are located directly above the mixer, the process of dosing occurs during the mixing and discharging the mixture and loading the mixer takes only from 10 to 12 seconds.
The plant is equipped with two units of consumable inert materials bunkers. Each unit has its own feeder-conveyor, that is why dosing of the inert materials is performing in a parallel way on both units, which also provides improved performance. The capacity of each hopper with extensions is 60 cubic meters. Dosated materials is continuing it’s way to the steeply sloped conveyor belt with a ribbed hopper and to the bunker over the mixer. The bunker has a jaw lock, opened by the command "download the mixer”.
Mixing plant has three cement feed bins with capacity of 2x100 + 130 tons. Each bin is connected with the pump with capacity of 1500 kg of cement by the screw feeders O325 mm. Dosage of the cement is performed accurately-non accurately by the inclusion of all or one of the feeders.
All dispensers have a strain-gauge sensors and electronic devices which automatically cut off the weight produced by the German company HBM.
Mixer is equipped with forced lubrication system of mixing shaft seal with pressure of 300 bar, forced drives cooling system. Planetary gearbox prodused by the Italian company “Bonfinglioli” are used as the drives, widely used in the similar products made by the leading European manufacturers.
As the pneumatic equipment is used pneumatics made by Italian company "Camozzi”. The closures, filters and other similar equipment is supplied by Italian company WAM and German "Fest".
Feeder of the chemical additives can be made for both the concentrated complex additives and prepared by the customer on the spot on demand.
Installation can be equipped with a relay automatic control system with the necessary automatic doses weight cut-off or a microprocessor-based system with an industrial computer, controller, display, printer, video camera, etc.
At the request of the customer the plant can be equipped with a tank for water for 42 cubic meters, compressor, which is automatically set to 850 liters per min and 1000 liters receiver.
The unit can be equipped with forced aspiration of the mixing unit filters.
Download of the inert materials is performed by the rare truck, the download of the cement – by automatic cement trucks.
