Mixing plant SB-241B is capable toprovide sustainable production of concrete mixtures and building solutions on dense aggregates and cement binder materials at the air temperature from - 40 º C to + 40 ° C.
The installing is trimmed with sandwich-panels (three-ply with polyurethane filler) which protect process equipment and bulk dispensers from solar radiation and rainfall.
CMP is staffed with feed bins for inert materials with total capacity of 55 tonnes and cement silo capacity of 17.2 tons or 32 tons. The inert materials feeding from the hoppers to the mixer is provided by furnace hoisting machine and the cement feeding is provided by helical conveyer feeder.
The SB-241B is equipped with forced mixing type mixer SB-138BM with the volume of the ready batch of 1000 liters. This is one of the most popular and reliable mixers that runs on almost all enterprises for the production of concrete in the CIS countries. The control system of the CMP allows the mixing work in automatic or in manual mode.
