Concrete mixing plant SB-241A

Capacity up to 20 m3 / h

Concrete mixing plant SB-241A

allows to product a concrete mixtures and mortars of dense aggregates and cement binders at a temperature from - 40 C to + 40 C.

Mixing plant is lined with galvanized wall panels (three layers with polyurethane filler) which protect process equipment and bulk dispensers from the effects of solar radiation and rainfall.
CMP is staffed  with feed bin aggregate with total capacity of 55 tonnes and the cement silo with capacity of 17,2 tons or 32 tons. Inert material feeding from the hopper to the mixer is carried out by skip hoist, and the cement – by a screw feeder.
Mixing plant SB-241A is equipped with forced mixing type mixer SB-146А with the volume of the finished batch of 500 liters. This is one of the most popular and reliable mixers  that runs on particularly all concrete production companies in the CIS countries. The control system allows the mixing plant to work in automatic or in manual mode.
