Modernization of factories
We report about mastering and successfully conducted our enterprise of modernizations of betonosmesitel'nykh workshops of vertical (tower) type, being the heart of production of any factory or combine.The followings results have the conducted reconstructions of combines of Ukraine and Russia:
- sharp increase of the productivity with the simultaneous decline of power-hungryness, maintainance of existent expensive build metallokonstrukciy and floorspaces,
- exactness of dosage is proper modern standards, total computer control after a technological process taking into account the charges of materials, energoresursov, to the given out products with integration in a record-keeping
- improvements of terms of labour and ecology of object on the whole.
These results are attained for an account:
- developments of individual projects;
- making and replacement of dozatornogo equipment (multi-grade metering device of inert materials, metering devices of cement, water, concentrated chemical additions) and betonosmesiteley (rotor, planetary-rotor, dvukhval'nykh and their combinations);
- introduction of the managed screw and band feeders, modern systems of pnevmo and electrical equipments, axsufflation and obespylivaniya, microsystem of management, including vlagomery of inert materials and prepared mixture.
Concrete mixing plant SB-248
Distinctive features of SB-248:- SB-248 is simple and simple in exploitation;

Setting: for the production of all of types of concrete concordantly DSTU B.V.2.7-96-2000 as plastic P1 - P4 so hard and ultra-hard.
In setting a two billow mixer is applied by the volume of the prepared premix of 3 m3, allowing to get homogeneous concrete mixture after 30 cut interfusions.
For the receipt of the productivity the 150 m3/chas setting is baselined so that otdozirovannye inert materials, cement, water and khimdobavki, is disposed directly above a mixer, a dosage takes a place in times of interfusion and unloading of mixture, and the load of mixer occupies only 10.12 secs.
